Ⅱ What Is Spola PASS？

Spola PASS is a collection of utility NFTs—a unique digital portrait and the crucial PASS living in Spola Labs Ecosystem, where holders will receive IRL benefits. We define the Spola PASS as a ticket across the project journey that could participate in events including the Player Cultivation, Soccer Economy, and Branding Collaboration Campaign, composed of 4 levels, including OG-Platinum, OG-Gold, OGSilver and OG-Bronze.

Ⅲ Event Rules

1. Level

Spola PASSd are composed of several works with different rarity degrees. According to the rarity degree, the NFTs are divided into: Platinum>Gold>Silver>Bronze. The probability of Mystery Box this time is as follows:

2. Mystery Box Sales
In this activity, users can enter the Mystery Box page through BKEX App. Open the Mystery Box to get rewards. The price of a box is 0.08 ETH, and the quantity of Mystery Boxes is 1000.

Notice: NFT withdrawal will be reviewed within 24 hours.

Ⅳ How to participate in Spola ecosystem by holding a PASS？

1. Rules of IRL Welfare Redemption

To maintain secondary trading transparency, we require users who attempt to redeem their IRL benefits to stake PASS from Nov 10th 17:00 to Nov 13th 17:00 (UTC+8), which will avoid making a statistical error. PASS will be unlocked after Nov 13th 17:00 (UTC+8).

2. Rules of Gold-PASS Welfare Buyback

Considering there are many Gold-PASS holders who cannot go to Qatar to execute their tickets due to regional factors, we will open the Ticket Buyback System on Nov 5th – 8th to buy tickets at a specific price from those people. Simply, if you attempt to convert the Ticket into cash, please withdraw it to the Ethereum network and sell them to pass.spolalabs.com and you will receive the USDT.

Note: The Buyback System will close on Nov 13, 17:00 (UTC+8).

Flow process

1) After opening the Mystery Box from the BKEX function Area and obtaining NFT, users can initiate a withdrawal application (submit ETH address) on the event page. After the event is completed, users need wait for 15 ~ 30 minutes to receive Gold PASS in their wallet.

2) Go to pass.spolalabs.com

3) Click the [Redemption] and then click the [Buyback]

4) Stake Gold PASS

5) Gold PASS will be unlocked after Nov 13th 17:00 (UTC+8)

3. Rules of Gold-PASS Welfare General Redemption

1) Redemption will start from Nov 10, 17:00 to Nov 13, 17:00 (UTC+8).

2) Redeem Ticket: Every Gold-PASS holder should provide a validated email address to receive the Digital Ticket link, if you lose the Ticket by providing an invalidated email, we don’t responsible for those events. 3) How to submit an email address:

a. Withdraw your PASS to Ethereum

b. Go to pass.spolalabs.com and click [Redemption]

c. Connect wallet and lock your PASS

d. After signature processing, the authorization will be completed and require you to provide an email address to receive the Digital Tickets.

e. Unlock your PASS

4. Rules of Platinum-PASS Welfare Redemption

1) Every Platinum-PASS holder should provide a residential address to receive the Jersey package, if you lose the package by providing an invalidated residential email, we don’t feel responsible for those events. 2) How to submit a residential address:
a. Withdraw your PASS to Ethereum
b. Go to pass.spolalabs.com and click [Redemption]
c. Connect wallet and lock your PASS
d. After signature processing, the authorization will be complete and require you to provide an email address to receive the Digital Tickets.
e. Unlock your PASS

Others:

1. We will process Digital Ticket & Jersey Delivery as soon as possible after we qualify the email /residential address, so submit it earlier as you will get the rewards quicker.

2. Redemption will expire on Nov 13, 17:00 (UTC+8), so please decide before the expiration date.

Ⅴ Notices

1. During the event, users who obtain award through cheating will be disqualified;

2. Once NFTs are sold, the NFTs will belong to users and will not be returned;

3. The final explanation right of this event is reserved by BKEX.
