BKEX Will Perform a System Upgrade

Dear Users:

In order to improve trading experience, BKEX will perform an upgrade for spot system at 02:00 on December 31, 2022 (UTC+8). The upgrade will last about 3 hours. During the upgrade, the effects are as follows:

• The services for spot trading and spot market will be suspended
• The services for ETP trading and OPEN API will be suspended
• System will cancel all orders of spot trading and ETP trading, the ETP assets will be automatically transferred to spot account. After the upgrade is completed, users need place orders again
• OPEN API document will be updated synchronously at 02:00 on December 31, 2022 (UTC+8)

During the upgrade, Derivatives trading, Earn area, deposit and withdrawal, and login will not be affected.

BKEX will complete the upgrade as soon as possible. Please prepare for the upgrade in advance.
