Liquidation Process

Upon the termination of the fund contract, the fund trustee shall establish a fund assets liquidation group to carry out fund liquidation. The fund property liquidation group is responsible for the custody, liquidation, valuation, realization and distribution of the fund property.

The liquidation procedures of fund assets mainly include:

• After the termination of the fund contract, the fund property liquidation announcement shall be issued;
• When the fund contract is terminated, the fund assets liquidation group shall take over the fund assets in a unified way;
• Liquidate and confirm the fund assets;
• Evaluate and realize the fund property;
• Publish the liquidation results of the fund assets;
• Distribute the remaining assets of the fund.

The fund assets shall be paid off in the following order:

1. Pay off the fund debt;

2. According to the principle of fund earning distribution, it shall be distributed according to the proportion of fund shares held by fund share holders.
