Please check the health of your computer according to the following 3 approaches:
- Open browser without any plug-in under the security model to login BKEX website to verify the validity of coins addresses;
Chrome: new incognito window(Ctrl+Shift+N)
Firefox: new private window(Ctrl+Shift+P)
- Put a valid withdrawal address in notepad, then copy/paste it to address, check the consistency of address between notepad and browser;
- Download and install BKEX APP, then check the consistency of addresses between APP and browser;
If it was found that addresses are inconsistency, it is obvious that the computer has been infected by Trojan or viruses already. Here are suggestions for you:
• Install anti-virus software to scan/kill Trojan viruses;
• Update system patches;
• Do not click on unidentified documents;
• Bind Google Authenticator;
• Please use a professional password management tool such as 1 password;
• If you encounter an abnormal account, please feedback to the customer service in time, and the customer service will solution your problem;
• The browser tries to use Chrome (Google Chrome) and upgrades to the highest version;
• Uninstall plug-in and unknown third-party software in the computer;
• Under extreme risk situation, shall format the disk and reinstall OS in the computer;
• Seek help from information security expert;
