Announcement on BKEX Global about launch the function for Fund password

BKEX Global will launch the function for fund password at 14:10 on July 9, 2019(Singapore time)

The function need users set it autonomously through: My profile----Security Setting----Fund Password

Note: Currently only support operation on the PC side.
