Users whose trading volume for Newbi(Buy amount+Sell amount) not less than 1,000,000 Newbi and rank in top 10 can distribute 200,000 Newbi

Top 10 user rewards:

First: 60,000 Newbi

Second: 40,000 Newbi

Third: 30,000 Newbi

4th----10th: 10,000 Newbi for each
