Announcement on BKEX Global about starting the recruitment of global OTC merchants

Dear BKEXer:

BKEX Global OTC is devoted to provide a reliable third-party platform for global users who have demand for digital assets exchange. BKEX will start the recruitment of global OTC merchants when the system upgrade is completed at 08:00 on October 22, 2019 (UTC+8) (only 20 merchants can be recruited during the open beta test). If the completion time of system upgrade is advanced or delayed, it will be according to the actual complete time.

What are global merchants?

• Global merchants refer to professional teams or individuals who have the qualification to publish advertisements of specific fiats.

How to be a global merchant?

1. Application condition

(1)  users in mainland China (please pay attention to the following announcements for the opening time for users in other regions)

(2) Have OTC trading authority

(3) OTC account has at least 10,000 BKK as the merchant deposit

(4) Provide detailed application materials, and the details are as follows:

• Name
• Mobile number
• WeChat
• E-mail
• Emergency contact
• Mobile number of Emergency contact
• Relations with the user
• Permanent address

[identity certificate]

• Photo with ID card held in hand
• Information page photo of the user in Household Register

[address certificate] (one of three choices)

• Property ownership certificate photo
• Rental contract photo
• Utilities list photo

[video certificate]

• Please hold the front of your ID Card, read the designated words and record a video

2. Application way

• Can only apply for OTC merchants online. After submitting the application, BKEX Global will strictly check the applicant’s qualification;

3. Assessment of new merchants

During the open beta test, accounts applying for verified merchants will have a one-month assessment period. BKEX will cancel the merchant qualification of the disqualified merchants. Assessment standard is as follows:

• Quantity of completed orders > 200;
• Completion rate of orders > 95%.

OTC merchants rights and interests

• Has the right to publish advertisements;
• Have exclusive V tag for verified merchants;
• V users enjoy one-to-one 7 * 24-hour exclusive service;
• Please look forward too more trading privileges.

Remarks：

• During the open beta test, OTC fiat channel is only for RMB and Token channel is only for USDT;
• The review of merchant application will be completed within 2 trading days.
