From about 10:50 to 11:40 on April 8, 2020 (UTC+8), there was a display anomaly when some users logged in to perpetual swap section. After the problem occurred, BKEX team has lost no time in repairing the system and resumed normal trading.
BKEX team adheres to the value of being responsible for users and user first, and will make full compensation for users whoes position was blown up due to the failure to trade arising from BKEX platform's reasons during this period. This compensation involves 326 users. The platform staff has actively contacted the relevant users to explain the compensation scheme. Meanwhile, users who are not connected with the platform staff at present can contact the official customer service as soon as possible. After verifying the information, compensation will be given within 24 hours.
Since BKEX was established, BKEX has always taken "providing users with high-quality products and services" as its core values. We will never evade our responsibilities for the failure to trade due to platform reasons. At the same time, we will fundamentally solve the problem and avoid the same problem in the future.
