For the specific recovery time, the follow-up announcement will prevail. The effects during the upgrade are as follows:

1. During the upgrade, the deposit and withdrawal function will be suspended
2. During the upgrade, the OTC trading function will be suspended
3. During the upgrade, the spot trading will be suspended. Users can't place orders, cancel orders, and carry out other relevant operations
4. During the upgrade, perpetual swap trading will be suspended, users can't place orders, cancel orders, call margin and carry out relevant operations
5. During the upgrade, Super contract will be suspended. Users can't place orders, cancel orders, and carry out other relevant operations
6. During the upgrade, the transfer-in and transfer-out function will be suspended. The interest bearing function will not be affected
7. During the upgrade, fund transfer function will be suspended

Remarks

• The estimated time for system upgrade is 12 hours, which may not be accurate. BKEX will synchronize the upgrade progress in various social media. You can pay attention to the latest progress of the upgrade through Telegram, Weibo, WeChat group, etc
• In case of large market fluctuation before the upgrade, BKEX will postpone the upgrade according to the actual situation, and carry out the upgrade operation after the market is stable. And the announcement notice will be supplemented at that time
• During the upgrade period, related operations in APP and website cannot be carried out, and the online customer service system and announcement system will not be affected
• Please evaluate the balance of margin in the perpetual swap account in advance to avoid the risk caused by market fluctuation during system upgrade
