In order to better practice and develop the blockchain community, BKEX launched the “DeFi sheik” recruitment plan on July 15, 2020. We are carrying out the first phase of the recruitment plan for DeFi sheik to invite community leaders, blockchain KOLs and blockchain senior enthusiasts who love DeFi to join us.
1. How to Join "DeFi Sheik"Plan
1.1 Senior fans of blockchain with community resources of no less than 1,00 people;
1.2 The proportion of monthly speakers in his/her community shall not be less than 20%;
1.3 Have enough free time, be active in the community for a long time, and be positive and enthusiastic.
1.4 Have the faith and dream of DeFi to change the future.
2. Rights and Interests after Becoming DeFi Sheiks
The strongest combat power: discuss the most cutting-edge DeFi projects with KOLs at home and abroad and members of BKEX research institutes to obtain the fastest information;
Closed-door meeting: the DeFi sheiks who pass the examination of BKEX and perform well have opportunities participate in the closed-door meeting of the founders;
Exclusive honor: customize the Honor Medal of “DeFi sheik” and get the exclusive “DeFi sheik hobby gift pack”;
Preferential channel: DeFi sheiks have preferential recommendation channel of DeFi projects
Ultra high commission: enjoy up to 70% high commission of whole handling fee after pushing DeFi projects listing;
High bonus: additional community bonus can be up to 8,500 USDT per month;
3. “DeFi Sheik” Welfare Disclosure
3.1 “DeFi sheik hobby gift pack”
During the term of office, DeFi sheiks will receive the "DeFi sheik" Medal of honor customized by BKEX, as well as DeFi sheik hobby gift pack. The details of the gift pack are as follows:

3.2 High commission
During the term of office, If a DeFi sheik promotes the successful listing of a DeFi project coin on BKEX by means of community voting or community deposit, BKEX will give the DeFi sheik commission (for a period of 30 days) on BKEX of the DeFi project successfully listed by DeFi sheik. 3.3 Activeness reward of DeFi community

Remark: The growth rate of community new added members should not be less than 10% of the member quantity of original community (and at least 40% of members in the community discuss DeFi in the current month). Otherwise, these communities will not participate in this ranking.

- The bonus plan of each quarter will be announced in DeFi sheik group for reference

5. Responsibilities of DeFi sheiks
5.1 During the term of office, sheiks should participate in DeFi project discussion meetings led by BKEX
5.2 During the term of office, sheiks should push the listing of at least one DeFi project on BKEX
5.3 During the term of office, sheiks should have no less than 3 hours of community active time per day;
5.4 During the term of office, sheiks should help users solve general business problems.
- DeFi Sheiks Plan adopts the principle of voluntary registration. Users sign up according to their will (https://jinshuju.net/f/M1e1uq), and BKEX will pass their application after screening;
- In principle, the term of office of BKEX DeFi sheiks is six months. After the term of office expires, sheiks will decide whether to continue to serve according to their own will and the comprehensive evaluation of BKEX;
- BKEX reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity. BKEX DeFi sheiks shall abide by the relevant management rules, and BKEX has the right to cancel the honorary title and welfare on the premise that BKEX DeFi sheiks violate the relevant rules.
