Announcement on BKEX Global about adjusting the withdrawal handling fee of USDT-TRC20

BKEX Global will adjust the withdrawal handling fee of USDT-TRC20 at 15:00 on July 24, 2020 (UTC+8) and the new withdrawal handling fee of an order is 1.5 USDT after the adjustment.
