Automatic Renewal Service Agreement

Welcome to use the deduction commission of automatic renewal service (hereinafter referred to as "automatic renewal service" or "this service"). In order to protect the rights and interests of users (hereinafter referred to as "you"), please read all contents of this Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") before using this service, especially the bold part. Minors should be accompanied by their legal guardians.

You are not entitled to use the service unless you have read and agree to all the contents of this Agreement. If you purchase or use this service, you have reached an agreement with BKEX and voluntarily accept all contents of this Agreement.

Article 1 Acceptance and Amendment of Service Agreement

1.1 The contents of this Agreement include the text of this Agreement and various rules that have been published or may be published / updated in the future. All rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the text of this Agreement. In case of any conflict between the text of this Agreement and the above rules, the text of this Agreement shall prevail. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, your use of automatic renewal service is subject to this Agreement.

1.2 if this Agreement and related service terms need to be revised due to business development, BKEX will publish it on the official website. You can check the latest version of the terms of this Agreement. After BKEX modifies the above terms, if you do not accept the modified terms, you can choose to terminate the use of the automatic renewal service. If you continue to use the service, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.

Article 2 Service Description

2.1 The automatic renewal service is a continuous renewal service, and the corresponding charging cycle is a month. On the premise that you have opened this service, you irrevocably authorize BKEX to deduct the fees of the next charging cycle from your wallet account (not involving other types of accounts) on BKEX platform when the monthly renewal service is about to expire.

2.2 Automatic renewal: BKEX collects the fee of the next charging cycle of the corresponding fee-based service through the account mentioned in 2.1, records the payment into the payment record, and extends the validity period of the fee-based service accordingly. You need to ensure that BKEX can deduct fund from the above account successfully. You shall be responsible for the failure of renewal due to insufficient balance in the above account (including but not limited to the termination of corresponding rights and interests, inability to participate in relevant activities, etc.).

2.3 If you choose to use this service, you will be deemed to agree that BKEX will issue deduction instructions for you on your behalf. Without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information, the fee of the next charging cycle will be deducted from the above account. The specific amount is subject to the amount displayed when opening the service.

Article 3 Automatic Renewal Rules

3.1 BKEX is responsible for providing you with the inquiry method for the specific situation of automatic renewal charge.

3.2 If there is an error in the process of deduction, BKEX and you will closely cooperate to find out the causes, and each party shall bear the loss caused by its own fault; if the loss is caused by the unequal fault of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; if both parties are jointly responsible, both parties shall share the responsibility.

3.3 After you choose to use the service, unless you choose to terminate the service, your automatic deduction commission to BKEX is irreversible. BKEX will not refund the fees you paid in any way based on the payment method selected by you when you open the automatic renewal service.

3.4 If the monthly renewal service price is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, BKEX will publicize the modified content on the relevant page before deduction, and deduct according to the current effective price.

3.5 BKEX will not charge you any service fee for opening the service, but BKEX has the right to decide whether to charge or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fee according to the business needs or market changes, and make an announcement on the relevant page.

3.6 The service provided by BKEX to you is only for your use on BKEX platform. Any use of fee-based service to avoid renewal by malicious cracking and other illegal means will constitute a violation of this Agreement. All legal consequences caused by this shall be borne by the actor, and BKEX will investigate the legal responsibility of the actor according to law.

3.7 Automatic renewal will initiate the first deduction 24 hours before the expiration of the validity period. If the deduction is successful, the validity period will be extended; if the deduction fails, the automatic renewal will be initiated again at the expiration time of the validity period; if the deduction is successful, the validity period will be extended; if the deduction still fails, in order to protect the rights and interests of users, the system will cancel the current automatic renewal service of strategy subscription.

Article 4 Suspension, Interruption and Termination of Services

4.1 Unless otherwise notified and announced by BKEX, the service will be effective for a long time. This Agreement shall come into effect after you choose to accept or use the service until you terminate the service or cancel your subscription payment qualification.

4.2. BKEX has the right to immediately terminate to provide the service for you in any of the following circumstances, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for this:

• Confirmed by the effective legal documents of the state administrative or judicial organs that you have illegal or infringing acts, or BKEX, according to its own judgment, considers that your behavior is suspected of violating the contents of this Agreement or the rules published by BKEX platform from time to time, or suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations;
• Your behavior interferes with the normal operation of any part or function of BKEX platform;
• BKEX believes that there is a significant risk in providing you with this service.
• BKEX may choose to suspend, interrupt and terminate the service according to its own business decision. In case of such situation, BKEX will inform you in the form of announcement.

 4.4 You have the right to terminate this service in the relevant pages of BKEX platform at any time. After termination, BKEX will stop providing this service to you.

4.5 Before you choose to terminate this service, the instruction of automatic renewal that you have entrusted BKEX is still valid. Once the deduction is successful, BKEX will not refund it and will open the service for you in the next charging cycle.

Article 5 Others

5.1 Law and dispute resolution: this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall exclude the application of all conflict of laws provisions. In case of any dispute, you and BKEX agree to submit the dispute to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its current effective arbitration rules. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party.

5.2 The failure of BKEX to exercise, promptly exercise or fully exercise its rights under this Agreement or in accordance with the law shall not be deemed as a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect the exercise of such rights by BKEX in the future.
