Announcement on BKEX Global about support the abolishment of RACA's Burning Mechanism

According to official announcement by Radio Caca official, Radio Caca smart contract just recalled the 10% tax on each on chain transaction since 30th June, 2021. 

BKEX will support the abolishment of RACA's Burning Mechanism and there will be no dividend airdrops from now on.
