Announcement on BKEX Global about the downtime upgrade of whole station on September 24, 2021

In order to improve service quality and optimize users' trading experience, BKEX will carry out a downtime upgrade of whole station from 10:00 on September 24, 2021 (UTC+8). The upgrade is expected to last about 24 hours. For the specific recovery time, the follow-up announcement will prevail. The effects during the upgrade are as follows:

1. During the upgrade, the deposit and withdrawal function and internal transfer function will be suspended
2. During the upgrade, the OTC trading function will be suspended
3. During the upgrade, the spot trading will be suspended. Users can't place orders, cancel orders, and carry out other relevant operations
4. During the upgrade, perpetual contract trading will be suspended. Users can't place orders, cancel orders, call margin and carry out relevant operations. All orders and take-profit/stop-loss settings will not be filled and triggered. Please close your positions in advance or prepare for position risk management.
5. During the upgrade, the transfer-in and transfer-out function of financial products will be suspended. The interest bearing function will not be affected
6. During the upgrade, fund transfer function will be suspended

Remarks:

• The estimated time for system upgrade is 24 hours, which may not be accurate. BKEX will synchronize the upgrade progress in various social media. You can pay attention to the latest progress of the upgrade through Telegram, Weibo, WeChat group, etc.
• Before the upgrade, users need to cancel the relevant order in advance to avoid the risk caused by market fluctuations during system upgrading
• During the upgrade period, related operations in APP and website cannot be carried out, and the online customer service system and announcement system will not be affected
