How to Complete ID Verification

1. Click the icon at the top-left corner.

2. Enter the [User Center] page, click [Go get verified].

3. Select the country/region of your residence. 

Note:

（1）Please ensure that the nationality is in consistence with your ID.

（2）Fill in the correct personal information and click [next].

4. Upload the pictures of your ID as required, and click [Submit Audit].

Notes:

Unverified users:

1. Are not able to use internal transfer, red packet, and etc.
2. Are limited in participating in some certain events.
3. Have limited daily withdrawable amount, that is ≤ 2 BTC.

Basic verified users

1. Are able to use internal transfer, red packet and etc.
2. Are able to participate in limited events.
3. Have a daily withdrawable amount, that is ≤ 60 BTC.

Advanced verified users

2. Are able to use internal transfer, red packet and etc.
3. Are able to participate in all types of events on the platform
4. Have a daily withdrawable amount, that is ≤ 150 BTC
